Article 1 - Definitions

. In these terms and conditions, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

.
1. Consumer: the natural person who is not acting in the exercise of a profession or business and enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur;
.
2. Remote contract: a contract whereby, in the context of a system organized by the entrepreneur for the distance sale of products and/or services, up to and including the conclusion of the contract, exclusive use is made of one or more means of distance communication;
3. More than one year
4. Technique for distance communication: means that can be used for the conclusion of an agreement, without the consumer and the entrepreneur being together in the same room at the same time;

5. Dispite period: the period within which the consumer can make use of his right of withdrawal;
6. Right of withdrawal: the option for the consumer to waive the distance contract within the cooling-off period;
7. Day: calendar day;
8. Duration transaction: a distance contract relating to a series of products and/or services, of which the delivery and/or purchase obligation is spread over time;
9. Durable data carrier: any means that enables the consumer or entrepreneur to store information that is addressed to him personally, in a way that allows future consultation and unaltered reproduction of the stored information.

Article 3 - Applicability

.

Before the remote agreement is concluded, the text of these general conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, before the distance contract is concluded, it will be indicated that the general conditions are available for perusal at the entrepreneur's premises and that, at the consumer's request, they will be sent free of charge as soon as possible.

Article 4 - The offer

• the possible costs of delivery;
the manner of payment, delivery or performance of the contract;if the contract is archived after its conclusion, in what way it can be consulted by the consumer;.
• the way in which the consumer can become aware of any actions he does not want to undertake before the contract is concluded, as well as the way in which he can rectify these before the contract is concluded;
the languages in which the contract may be concluded, in addition to Dutch;.

Article 5 - The agreement

1. Subject to the provisions of paragraph 4, the contract is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and fulfills the conditions laid down.
3. If the contract is concluded electronically, the consumer will be entitled to terminate the contract.

If the agreement is created electronically, the entrepreneur will take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the electronic transmission of data and he will ensure a secure web environment. If the consumer is able to pay electronically, the entrepreneur will observe appropriate security measures.

Article 6a - Right of withdrawal on delivery of products

1. When purchasing products, the consumer has the option of dissolving the contract without giving reasons during fourteen days. This period commences on the day following receipt of the product by or on behalf of the consumer.
2. During this period the consumer will treat the product and packaging with care. He will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to judge whether he wishes to keep the product. If he exercises his right of withdrawal, he will return the product with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging to the entrepreneur, according to the entrepreneur provided reasonable and clear instructions.

Article 6b - Right of withdrawal in case of delivery of services

3. When services are delivered, the consumer has the option of dissolving the contract, without giving reasons, during fourteen days, starting on the day of entering into the contract.

Article 7 - Costs in case of withdrawal

Article 8 - Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

3. relating to betting and lotteries;

Article 9 - The price

1. During the period of validity mentioned in the offer, the prices of the products and/or services on offer will not be increased, except for price changes due to changes in VAT rates.

      If delivery of an ordered product proves impossible, the entrepreneur will endeavor to make available a replacement item. The cost of return shipment will be borne by the entrepreneur.

      When selling products to consumers, general terms and conditions may never stipulate an advance payment of more than 50%. When an advance payment has been agreed, the consumer may not assert any rights regarding the execution of the order or service(s) concerned before the agreed advance payment has been made.       Article 16 - Additional or different provisions

      . Additional provisions or provisions that deviate from these general terms and conditions may not be to the consumer's detriment and should be recorded in writing or in such a way that the consumer can store them in an accessible manner on a durable data carrier.
