[Flaptekst]: On January 1, 2006 the new Dutch Insurance Contract Law entered into force. This book contains the final text in Dutch and translations thereof in English, French and German. For a better understanding of the new law, three introductory texts are also included. Prof. J.Han Wansink wrote a general introduction on the backgrounds and leading principles of the new law. Prof. J. Gerard C. Kamphuisen compiled a quick reference guide to the general rules and non-life insurance, whereas Prof. Wouter M.A. Kalkman did the same for life-insurance.
